Is there any way to pick up live radio commentary of the ashes in France?

I will be on holiday and will probably not have any internet access (unless I can somehow connect my laptop through my mobile phone?!?). In case it makes any difference, I will be staying in Tignes.

3. Very little chance. TMS is restricted within UK. And Radio Australia/ABC is restricted to Oceania/Asia/Pacific. Will have to see if there are any broadcasts once the matches begin.
