when internet radio is connected to the internet xbox live doesn't work and vice verse.?

If one of them is connected to the internet the other can't connect.

1. Probably because there is a port conflict between the two. Xbox Live requires some ports to be reserved for it (otherwise there can be connection problems or in extreme cases, dropped connections).
