What would I do if I wanted to broadcast the baseball games from my school on the radio?

Would there be a way I could rent/buy an FM/AM radio station and broadcast it live from the game. I just think it'd be a fun thing to do. Thanks

To give you an idea of the costs starting up a radio station, the last one that started here had to pay over AUD$90,000,000 just for the licence to broadcast. That's before all the equipment needed to get to air, depending on where you live there are different types of licences that you can obtain for low power or limited time and these usually are much cheaper. Assuming you where able to get a licence to broadcast (from the FCC in the USA or ACMA in Australia) what you would need then: Mic's Mixer Compressor FM Transmitter and an Aerial. All up if you where to do it on the cheap you would be looking at around $5,000 US
