Live Radio

is there a widget for windows sidebar that allows you to listen or stream LIVE uk radio stations?

I know that you can in itunes, and probably in windows media player i was just wondering if anyone knows of a widget you can get so i can listen to radio 1 or xfm or radio city ect without having to have tunes open or a web browser open. am assuming you know what JW means? email me via ma profile
