Fallout 3 : is it poossible to make a mod that allows you to listen to real life radio stations live?

i was just listening to the radio and the thought of listening to it live on fallout 3? so is it possible and how would you be able to turn it into a mod

1. Maybe Internet Radio, but not AM/FM unless your computer could get a Radio receiver. And even then Radio Frequencies are different per area.
