Live Radio

Is there software or any company where I can broadcast voice not video live?

I am wanting to start a radio station online. For bands that arnt big yet to try to help them get big. Because if i can find something to do this with I am going to advertise for the bands to help them. I just want to know is there any software or company that has live broadcast features?

1. Check out this link... http://radio.about.com/library/weekly/aa013003c.htm I didn't read about all of them, but it looks like Pirate Radio lets you broadcast live. it's not free though.
