Live Radio

What type of jobs are there at a live new radio station? I want to apply but don't know what to apply for.?

I am looking for anything just to get started.

1. I would suggest calling the station manager and ask how you would go about getting your foot in the door. If you're interested in making radio a career tell them that. To be able to work on-air you need to have an FCC limited radio operator's license( if the rules haven't changed in the last 25 years). There are many different positions at a radio station.
