Is it possible to watch Kiss the Radio live without a Korean account?

I've signed up for an account at KBS and installed the KBS Kong player so I could watch KTR, but they won't let me login unless I have a Korean account. Is there any possible way to bypass this?

1. You have to click on If you're a foreigner living abroad. It will then give you instructions in english, just your passport number needed ^_^
2. I signed up for an account with KBS one year ago and I have no trouble when I log in to listen to KTR on the Kong player. When I was setting up my account, I did sign in as a foreigner living abroad. My input was my social security number. All the instructions where in English which made the sign up fast and easy.
