Is it possible for me to create my own internet radio show for FREE?

I want to be able to create my own LIVE internet radio show but not with ubroadcast.com. I want to put it on windows media player's radio tuner. or just onto my own website with a embeded windows media player that plays my show live. IS THERE A POSSIBLE WAY TO CREATE MY OWN LIVE INTERNET RADIO SHOW FOR FREE?

1. Yes. But you will get no listeners. Nothing of quality is free. If you want someone to listen to whatever crap you're broadcasting, you need to spend some money.
