what's better pandora or live 365 for internet radio? I use pandora now for my internet radio, i have not used live 365 and i do not know if it is any better? what are your expierences with both?

I have just started a Internet radio station with Live.365.com (tm), that plays heavy and soft metal music.? The earliest period is mid 70's and includes bands such as Deep Purple, Black Sabbeth and the like ranging thru to Thin Lizzy, Blue Oyster Cult, and onwards to Pink Floyd ,Mike Oldfield Def Leppard, Mettalica, Kiss, Heart, The Bangles, (Yes they were classed as rock!!),ACDC,etc etc. We only play oldies here. Sorry if your a thash meatal or other. So can anybody , (within reasonable sanity and without being insulting or degrading), suggest suitable name??

how do you make your own internet radio station free without using live 365 or win amp, and i have fire wall? i have a windows xp 2000 computer but i have firewall. I also can't download live365 or win amp because i'm not an administrator. Plus i'ts hard for me to downlaod music because i'm not an administrator. Please help me!!!!!

Professional Internet radio , set up and streaming to second life? Had a basic station on live 365 for a little its inactive atm it was just a basic music station ..but thinking of going professional with it maybe using live 365 or loud city someone else u may sujgest who i haven't looked at ? ..don't know how to do live broadcasts and what equipment i/we will need ( pc hardware and software ) ...looking at 2 DJs one in the US one in Australia It will be a music station with some pre recoreded playlist but also music with a live dj at some times ..also looking at steaming to Second life ..not sure how to do that . Does listening to online radio on your phone cause damage to the phone? I have the live 365 ap on my phone because my work computer does not allow online radio. I have it plugged in to the charger on my desk. Will this damage my phone? I have unlimited internet access, so I am not worried about the cost. I work for 8 hours... Thanks!

Following on from my question regarding full internet access.? I have checked out 'T' mobile as suggested and they offer me 3 Gig of download for £29 per month within the U.K. via GPRS / 3G phone and modem. Now this is o.k. as a starting point (ideally I want access in the Mediterranean too, but I don't want to seem too ungrateful), however I am not sure what 3 Gigabytes is in REAL terms. They tell me I would have to be absolutely insane to use this in a month, but I have no idea, if I am on live trading sited for 8 hours in a day am I charged only whilst the site is 'coming up on screen' or all the time I am on it. Equally if I listen to internet radio e.g. BBC 'listen again' or 'Live 365' am I using the allowance all the time I listen or only as the page is 'coming up'. Sorry about my ignorance of these things but I would appreciate explanations on this, a friend who used an internet mobile conection through Vodaphone spent over £1000 in a month so I am cautious before I comit to this route.

What do I need to start a internet radio station? How do I start a internet radio station? I am wanting to start an internet radio station using shout cast. What all will I need. I do not want to use Live 365. I would like to use a dedicated computer for this and be able to switch from automated to live at any given time and not drop my listeners.
